Looking to Post a Position for 30 days

If you don't have a WyckWyre unlimited site, or are looking to post a position in a different location for a short amount of time, consider our Pay Per Post system.  Here's how it works: 

Register:

  1. Go to https://wyckwyrejobs.com/register.aspx
  2. Check the box for the position you are posting, and then click “Continue to Step 2”.

Enter your account information: 

  1. Enter your Account information.
  2. The address of the business is used in the job feeds to Indeed and other job boards so that applicants can search for jobs in their area.
  3. Your password must contain a capital letter and a number.
  4. Check the box that you agree to our Terms of Service.
  5. Click “PURCHASE” to begin editing your position.

Edit your position: 

  1. Click on the pencil icon to start editing.You can now edit the position details. Please note, anything marked with an * is required.

  3. A generic job description is automatically populated based on the job you chose in step one.
  4. We recommend editing this to meet your specific needs - sometime less is more.
  5. Once you are satisfied, click the green “Save” button.
Edit Requirements/Benefits:

  1. You will now be able to edit the requirements for the position. Click the pencil to edit, the red X to delete or choose Add to add a new requirement.
  2. You can also drag and drop to re-order the list of requirements.
  3. Add your benefits! This is really important. Anything you can offer as a great reason to work for your restaurant, it really helps develop interest from applicants. From flexible schedules to meals, add as much here as you can!
Edit Hard Skills: 

  1. You can now edit your Hard Skills Qualifier. Hard skills are specific abilities that are required to perform a job. Click the pencil to edit, the red X to delete or choose Add to add a new Hard Skill.
  2. You can also drag and drop to re-order the list of requirements.
Edit Soft Skills:

  1. You can now edit your Soft Skills Qualifier. Soft skills are less concrete but can be used to tell you more about the candidate. Click the pencil to edit, the red X to delete or choose Add to add a new Soft Skill.
  2. You can also drag and drop to re-order the list of requirements.
Edit Virtual Interview:
  1. The next step is to create the Virtual Interview. These are open-ended questions that allow for long answers. You can delete a question by pressing the red X or completely edit each question. Make sure to save each edit immediately, or the will disappear!
  2. When you are done, click continue .
Post your position: 

  1. The final step to get your posting live is to select Approve and Post Now!. It will generally take 24 hours for your posting to hit the job board feeds. You can also choose to save and complete later.
  2. If you are saving the posting for later, you will need to activate it at some point by clicking the pushpin you will see next to the listing in your Library.

Monitor your posting!

  1. Click on your job posting to see new applicants.
  2. You will now see a list of all the applicants for that position. You will see when they applied, their skills scores and virtual interview (if you have already scored it). You can also process applicants from this screen (hire, reject, etc.).
  3. Click on an applicant name to see their entire applicant file.
  4. Once inside the applicant file, you will be able to score their virtual interview based on the responses given.
  5. After you have finished reviewing the applicants, you can process them by selecting Hold, Verify, Interview, Hire or Reject.
